The company is owned by Mr. & Mrs. Edward A. and Dalen B. Carter, using the name of their only son, Quest.  Ed has been in the home building business for  about 20 years.  He was originally from Connecticut and moved to Florida 25 years ago to stablish his business in construction.  Florida is booming in building constructions and many developers are now developing the whole state.
